CEDS Research is the research division of yes2ventures Ltd, working primarily with and on behalf of people with disabilities or who are otherwise disadvantaged. Yes2ventures Ltd provides financial and other support to encourage the creation of social firms to provide business opportunities and employment for disadvantaged and disabled people.

CEDS Research operates according to the Social Firm principles of yes2ventures Ltd. This means that, where appropriate and possible, we use disabled and disadvantaged people in our projects as researchers or subject participants.

Our social firm principles are always carefully balanced with the need to provide robust and efficient research to satisfy fully the needs of clients. Profits are ploughed back into supporting the creation of social firms, and those employed by them.

CEDS was established to conduct pragmatic investigation and generate fit for purpose solutions to be provided by those responsible for the design of activities, programmes, equipment and facilities. The main focus of our research, therefore, concerns itself with all aspects of accessibility, usability and desirability.

CEDS is committed to providing and disseminating robust, efficient and cost-effective research, consultancy and training available to all.
